Read onlyWarehouse lost 150 of my items (pack was delivered 3 months ago.
I send another 150 but they lost it again BUT refuse to reimburse!!!
I have provided all the proofs:
Original invoice with factory stamp, Fedex delivery proof with Amazon employe signature (23lb weight)
Picture of items packed in box, box with shipping labels.
They say that got empty box, no reimbursment. My product cost more then 3000$

Just to confirm, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page.
I would also encourage you to read through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.
If this is not resolved after that investigation, please send me your shipment ID and any case IDs you have for this shipment. I'd be happy to take a look to see how I can help further!
