We have recently submitted the necessary documents to comply with Amazon’s Baby Feeding Product Policy for ASIN B08P3TMPHB. Unfortunately, our submission was rejected with the reason given as: "Test report is missing or invalid."

We reached out to Amazon Seller Support to ask which specific document or information is missing or incorrect so we can ensure accuracy for our second submission. However, we have only received responses indicating that our case has been forwarded to the appropriate department, without any specific guidance or clarification on the document requirements.

If anyone from the Amazon team or community can provide insight into what might be causing this issue or advise on what is needed in the test report to meet policy standards, we would be incredibly grateful. Thank you in advance for any guidance or assistance you can offer!

Ok so I uploaded everything needed for my baby feeding product and I got a rejected for needing test reports. I uploaded the test reports the 1st time, but uploaded them again the second time. I added on an additional improvement to the design I bought from the supplier. I uploaded test reports for the additional product I added to my product. Why is it only asking for test reports? It’s been under review for a couple of days now. There’s no explanation as to what exactly I’m missing. Help please!

I created a product combined from two different suppliers. Uploaded both suppliers test reports. The first time my product was immediately rejected, now it’s under review for a while. Should I wait it out or… ?

Hi - every time I try and get someone to call me, I am getting an Internal Failiure message. I have cleared my cache, I have tried incognito, I have also tried using a different browser.

Can someone please help us? How can I speak to someone?
