Amazon charging more fee than shown in dashboard

I have recently observed that amazon is charging more fee than its shown in inventory management dashboard. not only this it charged monthly subscription fee more than previous time. is there any policy update?

If you don't live in USA and you don't have a VAT number OF YOUR COUNTRY in your seller account settings, Amazon MUST collect from you your local VAT and remit it to your governement.

In this case you are the final customer of an American supplier, which is Amazon for you. You buy a monthly subscription and fulfillment of the orders.
