Just wondering if anyone knows anything about MQJ1 Greenfield IN. Do they work there? I’ve got so much inventory just sitting there. You cannot reconcile for 2-3 months and since Amazon has put a cap one how much you can send in, I’m kind of dead in the water here.
Same. The holiday deadlines they gave us are a joke. I have hundreds of holiday items sitting in the warehouse…just sitting there waiting to be checked in. I have all of those items switched to FBM, but am losing all the sales from people who want to shop prime only. If they can’t get this warehouse moving, there is no point in sending inventory.
MQJ1 is a brand new warehouse. So, obviously check-in is going to be slower than established warehouses. We started shipping there late October and all of our inbound ASINs were being marked as stranded. Still don’t have an answer as to why. But now nearly all of our items are checked in and selling. So, there is hope.
Same here. Absolute joke.
You have had 8 months to adopt for Covid; don’t use that as an excuse anymore.
As for the Christmas rush, this has been going on forever. Learn to adopt, hire more for the season.
My rates I pay you are the same, yet your service continues to get worse.
Very upset and disappointed.
We feel your pain. Unfortunately we have no answers.
We also created cases and tried everything we could think of on our end to move SKUs out of stranded inventory. Nothing worked until they were checked in. To me, this is an obvious software issue. Inbound to MQJ1 should not be marked as stranded. Period. Should be an easy software fix.
