Read onlyWhen I submitted the verification document for the Consumer Notification Act, I accidentally submitted an irrelevant document by mistake. As a result, the account is not verified by the Consumer Notification Act. I contacted the seller support team several times and then the verification team kept rejecting my request. Wouldn't give me a chance. I just accidentally chose the wrong file. This is my only Amazon account, and the verification team won't give me a chance. My Amazon account was shut down.
Hello there @Seller_MnIcHrEVtIt1S
My name is CR and wanted to pop in here to see if I may be able to provide you with some additional details here.
Would you mind sharing the case # that you have opened with Seller Support on this? I'd be happy to review your issue in more detail there and read through any correspondence provided to this point.
I'll hang tight here for your response. In the meantime, I am going to see if I can peek at a couple of things on my end.
I'll hang tight here for your reply.

HI @Seller_MnIcHrEVtIt1S @CR_Amazon
I have encountered the same problem as you, I accidentally submitted the wrong address proof.
I created a case request to reset this verification process so that I could submit the correct information, but the review team only re reviewed the files I submitted incorrectly in the background, telling me that the files I submitted did not meet the requirements.
May I ask if your problem has been resolved?
