Urgent Help Needed: Account Deactivated Due to Linked Account Issue

Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out to the community for urgent help regarding my Amazon seller account. My account has been deactivated due to a "linked account" issue. The other account that Amazon has flagged is not mine, nor have I ever owned it in the past.

I've submitted multiple appeals, but unfortunately, they haven't resolved the issue. In an effort to clear this up, I contacted the owner of the other account and obtained all of his business documents, which clearly show that I do not own the account in question.

I have submitted the documents for my LLC and his in two separate PDF files, but this still hasn't worked.

I was a regular seller on Amazon, and this deactivation has greatly affected my life and livelihood. If anyone has any advice or can provide assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,

Zeeshan

Amazon found SOMETHING they don’t like and it could be something not even related to your current account.

Have you EVER had another account, even on the BUYER side?

Have any family members or business associates had other Amazon accounts of any type?

Has ANYONE ever logged into THEIR Amazon account from your home or business?

Have you ever logged into your account from a business location that had an Amazon account of their own?

Have any of the above individuals ever had accounts that have been closed or sanctioned?

Have you ever STARTED to open an account including those ‘Global Accounts’ and you did not finish the account application?

Are you, or HAVE YOU EVER, used one of the deadly Virtual Assistants?

Amazon will match your internet information to every account on the site. They are probably better at it than the CIA and NSA combined for rooting out related accounts that way.

And, this was released a while back with very little fanfare -- AMAZON STATEMENT (FINALLY) – read it carefully ---

“take the following into consideration as well:

• Have you ever shared your payment method with anyone who might have an account?

• Have you ever assisted anyone else with their account, whether it be operating the account or setting the account up?

• Have you used any service providers for things such as marketing, logistics, or fulfillment?

• Is there any information on your selling account that you do not recognize as yours?“

According to the Selling policies and seller code of conduct, sellers can sometimes have multiple accounts and access other accounts. However, if any one of these accounts is deactivated, all associated accounts, or accounts that the seller has accessed, may also be deactivated.

If one of these accounts is deactivated, it can lead to the deactivation of other related accounts due to the multiplicity of accounts violation.

Since you know the owner of the primary account, do you know how has the relation happened?

To reactivate a related account, first address the violation(s) in the account that caused the initial deactivation. Please take advantage of the "Call Me Now" button (from the primary account) and obtain more information about the deactivation. Ask what documentation you can send to request it's reactivation. Once the primary account is reactivated, you can then request the reactivation of your own associated account. Having the primary account reactivated is necessary to get your own account reactivated.
