Received Error 5461 after Brand Approval

I received brand approval weeks ago and still attempting to list item. Since it's UPC doesn't align with an existing listed, I listed as "New". Now, the response states no "new ASIN(s) for the brand. Im hoping not stuck with several units unable to list. Suggestions Appreciated....

Michelle at Amazon here. I see that you have created Case: 15543917571 and they have asked you for more information. Before we can investigate, you will need to reply to the case with the requested information and Seller Support will need to complete their investigation. Please know that if you do not reply to the case within 5 days of it being resolved, you will need to create a new case and provide all the information that you previously provided as well as the requested information. You can refer back to the original case as well.

Please provide me with the case ID once Seller Support completes their investigation.
