AWD Inventory "shipped" two months ago, no movement, no response from Seller "Support"

AWD Inventory "shipped" two months ago, no movement, no response from Seller "Support"

AWD/IUSF created an auto-replenishment of a SKU on January 19 bound for FWA4. The inventory was placed in reserve/outbound to FC status on 1/19/25. There are no tracking details noted on the shipment since.

I opened Case ID 17287346261 on February 25 and have received only the "we're investigating" messages with no useful information or explanation.

It has been more than 2 months since the AWD created the order, and more than a month since I opened the seller "support" case. Where is my inventory? Why is there no tracking information available?
