The A-to-Z Claim and Safe-T Claim departments are ineffective—I have many pending cases and due payments, but I haven't received anything yet. Despite submitting all the necessary documents, relevant information, and proof of delivery, my payments are being declined. Even though the customer admits to receiving the products, the Amazon team is not assisting.
Moreover, there is a policy that prohibits returns if the customer has used or damaged the product, yet returns are being accepted even after proof is provided, causing significant losses for sellers. I currently have Rs. 60,000 pending with Amazon. Please guide me on where sellers can seek help to protect their rights.
