Dear Amazon Sellers & Amazon Representative,
We are reaching out to seek guidance and support regarding a serious issue affecting our top-selling listing on Amazon (ASIN: B07G5KPQT4). Since the first week of December until January 21st, we have received a large number of negative reviews, many of which are unverified—meaning the reviewers never actually purchased the product.
We have reported this issue to Amazon Seller Support multiple times, yet none of these negative reviews have been removed, except for 9 reviews received on January 7, 2025, which were deleted.
This situation has significantly impacted our business, and we are hoping for insights from fellow sellers who may have experienced something similar.
Issues We Are Facing:
Unverified Negative Reviews:
Many of the reviews are from users who never purchased our product, yet they have left damaging feedback.
How is it possible for someone who never ordered our product to leave a negative review?
Review Manipulation Concerns:
We have been selling on Amazon for over 8 years, and this sudden spike in negative, unverified reviews seems unusual.
These reviews directly impact our rating and ranking, making it harder for us to compete fairly.
Drop in Ratings & Sales:
In the past two months, our rating has dropped from 4.4 to 3.8 stars due to these negative reviews.
Our sales have declined significantly as a result, despite our product maintaining high quality and positive feedback from real customers.
Our Requests & Questions for the Community:
1️⃣ Has anyone faced a similar issue with unverified negative reviews damaging their listing?
2️⃣ Are there any alternative ways to escalate this issue beyond standard Seller Support?
3️⃣ What are the best strategies to get Amazon to review and remove fraudulent negative reviews?
4️⃣ If an unverified review violates Amazon’s policies, what steps have worked for other sellers to successfully get them removed?
We believe Amazon values fair competition and customer trust, and we hope to find a resolution that ensures genuine feedback is reflected on our product listing.

I understand how concerning this situation must be, especially seeing your product rating drop due to these unverified negative reviews. Have you already contacted Seller Support regarding this issue? If so, could you please share your case ID number so I can look into this further?
If you haven't contacted Seller Support yet, I recommend doing so with specific examples of the reviews you believe violate Amazon's policies.

We're experiencing the same issue. And no one can help us! Our listing is new and we have just one 1 star negative review... No one wants to buy this product. Our sales have stopped.
@Cooper_Amazon Can you please have a look at this issue? We have been facing this issue for the last four months, and we have not received a solution for these fake reviews, which are not even verified reviews. nobody is even responding on this thread.
