Looks through your listing for any keywords that could even be loosely associated with canna and remove it. It doesn't make sense, but it is what it is with Amazon. It even could be the work "resin". There's a lot of talk about AI but they seemingly only use simple word filters.
Hello @Seller_xJmhHl6oW7jWy,
Thank you for posting your follow up cases.
Looking at the cases provided, I do not see any additional information that shows proof of compliance in association to this policy. I see on two of the cases you attached an excel document with a list of ASINs but no additional or supportive information.
These situations are taken very seriously, we at this time will require proof of the product, and packaging. Each will require a picture from all six sides, including the front, back, left, right, top and bottom. Once available you will need to dispute the ASIN enforcement with said images along with any additional supporting information with an ingredient list or any product testing. This will help ensure the product itself is safe for sale.
As mentioned by @Seller_6447vs1cuc89C, these situations may even be driven by listing details or images referencing a material or product that violates our policy. Should you identify any particular issues, you will need to remove these attributes to show the listing complies as well as the product.
Have you provided any additional dispute materials to show the product and listing complies with this policy?

Our products have been blocked now. I want to change the keywords. Please help
I got a response from the FDA that it depends on the intended use that something is considered a drug. Our incense is not intended to be used as a medicine.
