Read onlyHello,
I recently got my ASINs removed for the for USDA organic claims, which was active from last 5 years. I am certified as a handler with USDA got all my documents, import everything with organic certification, the copacker is organic certified. Provided all the documentation. Amazon can go and check the USDA organic integrity database. Infact, i am one the few brand owner who maintains all the certifications and maintains records of everything.
I have creaeted case # 16867442811 and 16870602881.
I believe Amazon is wrongfully removing my product detail pages. This is costing me thousands of dollars. The irony is the support team asked for 10 days. It was the last day so they asked for the information again, to buy time. Now they are asking for 10 more days. No one seem to be really concerned about our business and impact to our employees. It will be great if i can talk to someone who can help me expedite the case. I keep getting the same messages even after providing all the information. They keep putting my case in a loop.
Hello @Seller_WcfhqLuanLcId,
Thank you for taking the time to connect with us via the Forums. I can truly understand why this is frustrating for you and I do wish to help you resolve this.
I also appreciate you included the Case ID's. This information allows me to collaborate with our internal team to thoroughly investigate your specific situation.
What I can confirm is there has been an internal ticket created for ASIN B0819XD3G9 and directs the investigation team to Case ID 16949431891 for your attachments. This was open on 1/2/25. These do take more time to be investigated, I do not have a time frame for resolution but will notify you when I receive any updates. I have added myself onto the ticket and will see updates and status changes.
When I look at ASIN B0819XD3G9 in your inventory, there is a "Improve listing quality" note under the Active status of this ASIN. It looks as if it wants you to add the Manufacturer to the listing. Would you be able to do that?
For this specific listing, it looks live on the platform. Can you please take a look at this listing and let me know exactly what might be missing? This may have been corrected, I am asking you to please confirm.
For future reference: Organic Products - I believe you are already following the process to correctly list and sell Organic. I any changes occur in requirements; this help page has the links to all the information you would need.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I sincerely hope this has already been corrected and will wait for your confirmation.
I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.

Went thorough this in 2021. Cost me thousands.
You can fight them -- the bot, customer service and the programmers -- and you will lose. They don't know what to do since CS has no say what the bot department does. To tell the arrogant programmers that the bot is wrong is a crime on your part.
List without anything organic mentioned in the listing.
Once the ASIN has been tagged, as far as the bot is concerned it is forever tainted.
You may even get them to re-list on the old ASIN but someday that bot will zero in on your again and remove your listings.
thank you amazon team. The issue was resolved.
