Here is the story:
RYY2 refused our shipment for no reason.
DHL asked us to contact Amazon to receive our shipment.
Nobody from Amazon responded us.
Amazon told us the shipment was delivered too late and we were fined.
So we want to change a new FC center for the next shipment.
But another FC center is also new.
Then the new FC center refuses our shipment again.
......
Why there are so many new horrible warehouse centers like RYY2?
The number of wrokers in new centers is 0.
What should FBA sellers do?
