In regard to your request, after taking a look on the case history provided, as per the case information, they are still working on the matter, our advice is for you to follow instructions provided and wait for the final resolution from the investigation.
Also, if you think there is abuse, you do have some options for reporting potential abuse, here are some additional details:
• Report Abuse in the Amazon Store (overview video) - Provides overview of each reporting option in the Report Abuse menu in Seller Central.
• Go directly to the Report abuse page or login to Seller Central, go to Performance, then Account Health, then click Report Abuse.
• If you have a registered brand, you may also report a violation directly to the Brand Registry team.

It happen to all of us regardless if you are brand registery or not. It happen to me when Amazon introducing AI which 90% of all my listing when absurd. Around 300 SKU, it's the pain in the b**t
Displaying different title other than the one on my setting. I get it done by using seller support title tool. (Yeah it's strange)
If you could update on the title it show the listing are good but if you can't open a case and keep opening cases until you received a message saying that they have remove the or refreshed the value attribute in their internal tool. (haha that's mean you have hit the jackpot)
It's like fishing with seller support, you need to get your case to the right person that could perform this (Yes trust me on this) as not all of the seller support are willing to have the effort to do this. Majority of them will just copy and paste as that's what they do they copy and paste all the time.
I have one ASIN which I need to open about 10 cases before I get it done. Can you image that? so it's fishing with seller support.
Keep pushing the cases, Keep opening cases on the same issue until you get things done
By the way brand registry support will not help on this. Hope it's help
