We have had no disbursements since December of 2023. All of our proceeds are being held as an Account Level Reserve.
Amazon Support has not been able to explain why this is happening. They just forward us to the list of possible reasons, none of which apply to our account.
Has anyone had any success finding it out? The lack of support is unacceptable.

This is happening to many sellers including us. There are other threads about it too, so hopefully there will be some solution.
I understand new sellers, sellers with no so good metrics and so on, but with a lot of us, we are sellers who have been here for years and have perfect metrics and still are having this issue. Support has not been helpful.
Hopefully it works out and if one of us gets this fixed, hopefully they will inform others so that they can use that to get help as well.
Thanks
Almost a year and you continue to sell products on Amazon? How can you afford to do that, pay for products, pay to ship the products and get 0 cash back? I need to have your kinda of money in the bank. There has to be more going on than is here. Is the bank account correct? Do you have a lot of outstanding returns? How is your performance metrics? Do you have outstanding issues that need to be resolved? Something is just not right. We have been selling on Amazon for about 10 years and have never run into an issue like this. If there is a problem you were informed by Amazon at one point about the issue. Go back to the emails from Amazon dated back to Dec 2023 there is something there that you may be missing.
Hi @Seller_b0tK9yTluDgOg
Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
In order for me to review your account, I will need some of the case IDs you have with support so that I can start investigating the account level reserve issue.
Also, please review our common reasons for account level reserve help page while we work with our partner team on this.
I will be waiting for your response,
-Connor
I'm also in the same situation. My funds gave been in reserved since oct 2022.
Same here in regards to all proceeds going into reserve with no explanation. Still waiting on mod to review and escalate:

You should have filed for arbitration a long time ago. Amazon's policy of holding OUR money means they do NOT have to pay interest as they would with other avenues of finance.
Support is non existent and mods will not help either.

We are having the exact same issue. Our last disbursement was in December 2023 and our reserve continues to grow each month. Our accounts reserve is currently $40,000 greater than our monthly sales which makes no sense. We have updated the banking info on our account and supplied everything requested of us through all the cases we have made since January 2024. In September we emailed a few direct email addresses which we discovered through our research online and that avenue also proved to be a dead end. It is unbelievable that we cannot get a response on why this is happening. We continue to sell on Amazon, pay for advertising and the FBA fees while waiting patiently for an answer. We are now in Q4 and fed up. I really hope someone else figures this out and shares some insight with us. Our next step is going to be to take legal action and that too is costly and time demanding for us as a business.
