Brand Name Update Due To Hijacking
When we first started using Amazon years ago we didn’t have a brand for some of our products so therefore didn’t brand them , as we have grown we added new products with our brand. I wanted to go back on to some of our listings and update them to our brand as a lot of them have been hi jacked by other sellers and some how manged to change the listing to their brands. I know Amazondon’t allow you just to update the brand but wondered if anyone had a break through on doing this or even had a contact to anyone in brand registry? I’ve tried to explain Im making no changes to the product packing or anything that would confuse the customer I just want to update the brand to protect the listing from competitors ! Thanks ☺️

Im finding SS no good what so ever , I'm trying to explain to them that we initially listed these ASINs, the Amazon Brand Registry did not exist. Consequently, we were unaware of the need to register our brand at that time. This should be taken into consideration, as this oversight represents a significant challenge on Amazon’s part, impacting sellers like us. Amazon encourages sellers to establish and register their brands ,we even attended a brand event at Amazons Office in London earlier this year in regards to the importance of brand registry. It's disheartening that assistance is limited for those of us trying to follow these guidelines.

Very little chance you'll get it changed.
In theory, a Generic listing should not be able to be changed. Sadly - some bad actors clearly know how to do it. To the detriment of honest sellers.
