Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.

Put it in the correct format that they require you to respond to a dispute or a deactivation notice you’re writing it in your own format probably in paragraph form which is not acceptable for the response if you call account health, they will walk you through the process.
You can also google or use ChatGPT to help you find the proper format I’ve been through this many many times it is a very specific format where you must have three sectionsand you don’t need to put any other stuff about you feeling bad or sorry they don’t care about any of the other ancillary conversation you have except these three key bullet points all you need and you will be done quicklyEach of the following should be numbered
1) first section the root problem identify- you need to identify specifically what the problem is you’re saying that you were deactivated because you’re using someone’s brand literally take the words the performance you got and paste that here
2) Immediate Corrective Actions Taken- this says how you fixed the problem if you deleted a listing. Changed a listing. Got permission etc. each action should be a bullet point
3. Preventive Measures Going Forward* - here you want to bullet each point and be specific putting the url for the policy violation section you violated. State you will do monthly review of the policy and inform your staff. Monitor any changes or updates to the policy guideline at url…
.That’s it. Short and to the point. It will take a few days for them to reply. Don’t keep sending messages as each time you do you lose your spot in line .so to review call account health have them give you specific key points that they are flagging for you to reference in your plan below
