Read onlyI filed complaints about trademark infringement, then my brands ability to file violations was revoked last year. I appealed several times but they rejected my appeal every time. Today we received 4 other brands that got removed from Brand Registry in connection with what seems to be the original brand that had issues. . @amazon please help us understand how to properly appeal these removals and get the rights back to brand registry.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist with your brands being removed from Brand Registry.
The way to appeal the removal of these 4 brands would be to follow the appeal links provided in either the email, performance notification or case created informing you of their removal.
As for having access revoked to report Infringement via Brand Registry, the only path forward is to successfully appeal that decision and you would do so by clicking the "Appeal this decision," button in the report a violation page on the Brand Registry site.
If you have already submitted an appeal, I can review and provide any help or guidance based on what I see, but I need a case ID in order to do that.
