Anytime I am on the phone/email with support and they "Transfer it to XXXXXXX dept" I get NO resolution. I think they just SAY that to hopefully pacify you until you give up. the ONLY way I have been able to get ANY resolution has been through the actions of Mods from the Forums.
I'm pretty sure they go nowhere. I've had multiple cases transferred to another department over the past year and I never got a response for any of them.

transfer means amazon is not going to do anything about it and just hopes you will go away.
