Read onlyHello everyone,
I am trying to get a Brand Approval Request, but I always get this reply :
The images should not be computer generated and must be of the physical product you intend to sell on Amazon.
I‘’m very certain that the images not be computer generated and must be of the physical product I intend to sell on Amazon.
I tried laser engraving logos on multiple products, And take photos with a mobile phone from different angles,
In the end, they were all rejected. I also tried many times to open case, But can't contact the review team,
How can I find a manual review team to help pass the review? Instead of machine review, which has led to misjudgments and rejections,
I can't do anything now except for multiple applications and waiting times , so disappointed !
Pls help me.
The images must be "real world" images which means taken in your hand or on a table with your cell phone.
We struggle with this a bit when we were getting into brand registry but, if you follow the instructions in the email (image in your post), it will go through.
Hello @Seller_shlTGhHAIrAaq
Thank you for your post here. My name is Sandy from the Community manager team.
I see in your past applications you submit a video version of the product. My suggestion is to only include images and from different angles as @Seller_EkbLZUYSpmJEy suggested.
I see that you have done this through case ID 17467735121. The product shows the brand name, and from different angles with no video.
If this is declined for the same reason, please let me know. I will escalate this to the brand team.
Best,
Sandy
I would recommend you take pictures of you holding the item in your hand. Have someone else take the picture if required.
Take it in your shop, office or shipping area. We ran into this way back before Brand Registry 2.0 when we applied under 1.0 (not a thing at the time) it was much harder then.
They did not have the easy route of getting a USPTO registration. You needed to have real embedded logos and marks on the items. No stickers allowed.
