We had one removed just 2 months ago, seller support was of no help, just said that amazon reviews listings from time to time and ours is no longer allowed. We are the copyrighted brand owner and manufacturer and made the listing 10 years ago, with hundreds of perfect reviews. Now, gone in an instant with no real explanation. Absolutely horrible what Amazon does to use and we have been here since 2013.
