Hello, I have a product currently for sale. I have listed this product with GTIN exemption. You Bought a GTIN Number, Can I Add It to This Listing?

I purchased a GTIN code for my brand. I am trying to submit my new product listing but Amazon requires a GTIN or UPC code in order to submit. It states "The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN"

I have tried everything and still can't submit. I even have the same SKU ID in both GS1 and Amazon listing. HELP.
