i wish my New year is starting off a positive note as well, but unfortunately that hasnt been the case because of my account status.
My New year goal is to be able to sell on Amazon, over the past one week my amazon account has been inactive due to reverification documents requested. However the link to submit the documents leads me to an error page which i cant upload my docs, i have contacted Seller support but they said it is a technical issue and they cant do more. is there a different way i can send this or can the link be fixed and i can actually upload the docs?
