Thank you for sharing the information concerning the repeat violations you are experiencing on your account. I understand you are confused and frustrated with the performance notifications and need some guidance to resolve this. After our team review, I have some guidance for you. Let's first discuss the repeated violations.
Within the Account Health Page, directly under the words Account Health Rating you will see some blue words: learn more. When you review this information, there is a section that explains Repeat policy violations:
So, what may happen is; if you have the same violation occur without resolving the first occurrence of the violation it can lead to the "repeat" concern which will affect your account as explained above.
In this case, deleting your listings for these ASINs does not sufficiently address the reason for the violation and will not result in the violation removal from your "Account Health" page. Due to the type of violation associated with these 3 ASINs, I would guide you to appeal with proof these items were not violating Amazon's policy. Please take a look at this policy information: Explosives, weapons, and related items that includes Knives and other bladed products. Find the Examples of permitted listings that best fits your product.
For your specific situation concerning these restricted products, your path forward is to prove you did not violate the policy. Prove your ASINs are not a stiletto knife or a stiletto-style knife, as described from your Account Health Page. You will need to dispute with images showing all sides, front back and sides, open and closes against a ruler to confirm the length of the item. Also explain exactly how your item opens to present the knife itself. The goal is to show this is not a stiletto knife or a stiletto-style knife. You may need to add the item back with a feed file to successfully dispute. While I cannot guarantee approval, I believe this approach gives you the best chance of success.
Have you already submitted the additions details to support the dispute that you are NOT selling stiletto-style knives? This information will assist in reviewing your situation further and engaging any additional teams that may need to be involved.
I hope this information may assist in resolving your situation. Thank you for reaching out on the Forums. The Forums and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
April
