Who says it has all the "proper" information? It could have everything and more, but still not be acceptable.

More and more frequently Amazon is taking a TWO STEP approach and you may not be doing either of the steps at this point.
If Amazon is rejecting your "proof" it is likely as a result of NOT meeting these requirements --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK?

In general if you reopen an application it will often be reviewed by an internal agent. However if you provide your most recent Case ID I will investigate and see if there are any escalation options. Thank you for your understanding.
