Read onlyAmazon used to be very fast in responding to lost inventory claims when inventory was shipped with a partner carrier. As soon as we submitted the signed packing list within 48 hours a reimbursement would be issued for inventory that was confirmed sent and never checked in (lost in warehouse).
We now have a pending lost inventory investigation from 11/25 which is still pending Amazon action.

Sorry as this is a HUGE Problem. We have almost 200 items missing. We are dealing with Items from Sept and Oct still. Crossing my fingers for you.
