I do not want an automated response regarding CEC...

We received a message stating that our product does not comply with California state regulations. Our product is not listed on the CEC product list. It does not have any power code or batteries. We have also confirmed with laboratories that conduct CEC testing, and they stated that our product does not require testing. We need Amazon to reconfirm under which category our product needs to be tested. Despite this, we keep receiving the same response asking us to enter the "model name". And then we keep receiving the same response that Amazon cannot find our model name in the CEC. Of course, they can’t find it because we haven’t registered it! How can we resolve this issue?

For reference, our case ID is 15899217251.

I was able to review the case ID you have provided and research this further for you. I learned that faucets may be restricted unless registered with the California Energy Commission. This may be why your product has been affected. You must provide proof that this item is not required to be registered with the CEC or register the product and resubmit your dispute so this information can be confirmed.

You are continuing to receive that response due to the fact that the current model name is not found to be registered on the Modernized Appliance Efficiency Database System and you have not provided a valid dispute that this item is not required to be registered.

I suggest to provide any supporting documents that you have that confirm this item is not required to be registered and submit it in the case log.

Once you have done this, please let me know here in this thread so that I may monitor this with you. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
