I’ve recently gone over the process of Children’s Jewelry Compliance and provided Advice for Creating Compelling Jewelry Listings. Below are the Terms & Conditions for listing fine jewelry on Amazon.

In order to sell fine jewelry on Amazon, you must be a Professional seller and must apply to sell. The full requirements for selling on Amazon can be found in the Jewelry policy page.

To sell Fine Jewelry on the platform:

1. Sellers must participate in a fine jewelry quality assurance review. Sellers need to follow provided procedures, including:

• Providing information about the items
• Sending up to 6 items for review upon request

2. Sellers are responsible for:

• Shipping charges to send items
• Providing a pre-paid return label
• All customs clearances and fees

3. Review process:

• Items may be evaluated in any manner determined by the company
• Items may undergo destructive testing and could be damaged or destroyed
• The company will attempt to return items if possible, and is not liable for lost, delayed, damaged, devalued, or destroyed items.

Regarding applications to sell in the Jewelry category:

1. Multiple factors are considered during the review process. The review timeline typically takes about 6 weeks and may extend up to 10 weeks
2. Timeline depends on the applicant's prompt compliance with requests
3. Amazon reserves the right to reject applications at their discretion
4. If approved, there's no guarantee of listing placement on the site

Note: Amazon may periodically review the quality of Jewelry listings with or without notice. Amazon may revoke Jewelry selling privileges at any time and for any reason upon notice.

Reapplication:

Sellers can reapply to sell Fine Jewelry if privileges are revoked. Reapplication is subject to the same terms as the initial application. As part of the reapplication, you must reimburse Amazon for the total sales price of any returned jewelry items. Sellers must review and update fine jewelry listings, and ensure compliance with Program Policies. If an application is approved, Amazon may limit the placement of fine jewelry listings in search results and on the site.
