Express delivery | A-Z claims | WHy am i charged for the express delivery costs?
Repeatedly I receive A-Z claims on orders with express delivery and do have to pay also for the express delivery costs.
Just again lost $50 on a custom made T-shirt with $5 margin because of such a questionable Amazon decision which is most likely even unlawful.
Not that the A-Z claim itself is questionable, but to charge the seller for the express delivery is bad customer service towards Amazons so called "partners".

Please note that if Amazon grants a Claim in favor of a customer, you have 30 days to appeal and request a further investigation. Based on the results of the appeals investigation, Amazon will make a decision on whether to reverse the initial decision and reimburse you for the Claim incurred. There are also certain scenarios in which an A-Z claim is automatically granted and the claim amount is debited from the seller's account. This help page details those scenarios for you reference if needed.
