My product is not showing on search results and it out of stock

Meanwhile I have inventory just delivery to Amazon shipment FBA18SMQ8Z6F on February 3, 2025 and in receiving status

shipment FBA18Q8447CV, in receiving status

shipment FBA18NDH6ZFV in receiving status and I am out of stock and my product is not showing on search results

I sent 3 shipments to FBA lately they all in receiving status and I never have available units anymore ever

I can not fulfill multy-chanel orders anymore.

Also none of unit received in Shipping Queue showing adding to my FBA inventory page.

Support told me about In-stock Head program they call it INNOVATING TECHNOLOGY

My order / units have reached the Amazon Warehouse on 2nd dec and have also been split into various warehouses by Amazon but my listing status still show's "Out of stock Replenish inventory" and on top on the Manage Inventory Page under "Search and Suppressed and Inactive Listings" tab in "Fix Your Product" column it is showing "Inactive Lisiting (1) Out of Stock (1)"

How should I fix this why is it showing "Out of stock Replenish inventory" when my units have reached and have been splitted as well

how can my listing go live/active and be available to sell?

and also when i click on "Out of stock Replenish inventory" which is under the "Listing Status" column it takes me to a different page where it says "Merchant SKU already exists. Merchant SKUs cannot be reused, even if a previous offer using the SKU has been deleted. Please use a new SKU to create this offer."

Hi - my product is eligible for FBA Export and was selling in certain countries. When I sent more inventory to FBA US the product is showing as "Currently Unavailable" in the countries where I had previous customers/orders. Now, the customer are reaching out to me through other channels (webpage/Etsy etc) asking for product availability via Amazon.

I noticed that the product is for sale in certain countries outside US like China, UAE, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore. It's not for sale in countries where I had previous sales through Amazon FBA Export, e.g Mexico, Colombia, Kuwait, Israel, Palestine, Monaco, Iceland, United Kingdom.

So far, I haven't received an adequate answer, and really want to get this issue solved since the advertising spent has been mostly in the countries where it's showing out of stock, and my sales have dropped.
