If you are not a paid pro seller then you can only open a case online, no phone contact allowed.
If you are suspended, you can only submit an appeal, no phone or email contact available.
These are your only options. Honestly phone support is no better then online support.

They also call you from time to time. I had FBA call me yesterday regarding what they called a “switch-er-oo”. Inbound performance showed items allocated to the wrong FBA Box ID’s…We worked it out. Seller support called last week regarding a few cancellations we had.
So make sure to answer your phone for calls from Washington State, usually the number ends in 0880…
