Amazon is Asking for USDA organic Certificate, Immediate help needed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi everyone,
We are experiencing a significant issue with a couple of our products on Amazon. Amazon has requested a USDA organic certificate for these products, which we do not have, as our products are not organic. Unfortunately, we unintentionally included the keyword "organic" in our listings, which triggered this request from Amazon.
We have already taken corrective action by removing all instances of the "organic" keyword from our product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend search terms. Despite these changes, Amazon has not reinstated our listings.
We fully accept that the inclusion of "organic" was an oversight on our part, but we have promptly fixed the issue. Currently, we have 5,000 units in Amazon's fulfillment centers, and our business has been significantly impacted by this situation.
We have been selling on Amazon for a very long time and have a good track record, but this issue is severely disrupting our operations. We desperately need assistance to get our listings reinstated.
Any advice or guidance on how to resolve this matter swiftly would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help.

I hope someone can answer your question. I have an idea that you may be able to use as a backup suggestion, but hopefully someone with more knowledge will be able to assist or guide you in the correct direction or best resolution.
I am not sure if you are the brand owner or if your products have UPCs or GTIN exemptions. But here is my thought.
My “bad” idea would be to create a new ASIN without the organic word and create a Removal Order for the current units in FBA storage. Then relabel the units with the new ASINs FNSKU. This would mean the new ASIN would not have any history or reviews.
I have nothing to back up this feeling, but there may be a chance that Amazon cannot reinstate a product that was previously indicated as organic (on accident) because the buyer who decides to Buy Again would not be alerted that the organic claim was removed.
Sorry, I was not more helpful. Maybe another forum friend, moderator, or community manager will have a better idea.

Was Amazon able to solve this problem for you?
I'm having the same exact issue - I really don't want to start new listings as well as I have tons of reviews on my current ones as well as subscriptions.
Any help would be appreciated.
