Yet not a single Amazon mod has responded to our thread after tagging all moderators every day for 3 days. Can anyone at Amazon help us, please??

Hi Amazon Seller Community,

I'm facing an urgent issue with a brand name change on one of my listings. Recently, Amazon updated the brand name on my listing to "Wuiil" instead of our actual registered brand name, "Whitebite Pro." After a call with Amazon Support, they confirmed that this update was not made on our end but by Amazon's system.

I requested them to change it back and it's been more than 24 hours but I still have not yet received any response. I have already submitted our trademark documentation, package photo, and Brand Registry details for "Whitebite Pro" as evidence that this is our official and sole brand name. Maintaining a consistent brand name on our listings is essential for brand integrity and customer trust.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? If so, are there any specific contacts or actions that helped resolve it quickly? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
