We are in Canada and are finding the storage fees and VAT costs/hassle very unprofitable. We are VAT registered in the UK and three EU countries but in the end it might be less costly to do everything out of the UK. Will cost more fees per unit going from UK to EU but overall might be less.

Would anyone have an opinion about this?
