이런 문구가 나오는데 어떻게 해결하는지 아시는분 계실까요? 아마존 측에 문의했을때 쿠키 삭제,다른 브라우저 사용,안전모드 얘기를 해줬는데 다 시도해봤는데 해결이 안됩니다.
When i try to contact with consultant using chat, i always get error message " Sorry, it looks like we hit a snag amazon ".
I have contacted them by E-mail and received how to solve. they informed me that delete cookie, use other browsers and use safety mode in chrome. However, all solution are fail to solve my problem.
Do you know how to solve this problem?
Are you contacting them from Korea? I am guessing this might be causing an issue. I guess this because we manufacture in Korea and some of those symbols look familiar to me from our MTR reports which I have to use Google Translate to translate to English. I apologize if I am wrong.
Anyhow, it could be a location issue. You could try again using a VPN from the US and see if it fixes it. I wouldn't login to that VPN more than when you need to contact support though as many different IP's can cause Amazon to flag your account. So maybe a one time thing or pay for a consistent US IP you can use when you need to.
Also you can try using a different browser. Chrome is pretty reliable and so is Edge. Chrome has an open source version called Chromium. It's available in every country, if Chrome is not.
