I would eliminate Amazon from my workflow if I could.

When Amazon violates their own policies, I would contact someone that actually understands how the platform works, and that's actually empowered to help, and they would both fix the problem and apologize, promptly, without passing me to another, inappropriate department, dead-ending the issue.
Oh, you mean, that I'm permitted to do within the shirtstorm which is this seller-hostile platform? I guess I would learn to ignore the stupid that is Amazon 2026, and let my account slowly die of atrophy.

Believe it or not, I would add something to our workflow.
When in the course of doing our normal thing and it becomes obvious that a "buyer" is attempting to scam us, we would - if we could - add the step of permanently blocking the scammer. No more merely hoping that our report of their abuse spurs Amazon to do something about it, as we know that Amazon won't. Our choosing to block would automatically create a report (and an accessible record of the report) so that such documentation exists and Amazon cannot claim that we didn't attempt to report abuse. (Plus I wouldn't have forum mods wasting their time to tell me that I just need to report the abuse as if I hadn't done so already, or telling me that I *can* file a SAFE-T Claim that the order is not eligible for due to Amazon's ridiculous eligibility policies.) It would save everyone (except the scammers) some work.
I know, I know: Pie in the sky. Less likely than winning the lottery without buying a ticket. Amazon will never support and protect sellers like that. Ever.

If I could fix one thing, it would be a true multi-brand management dashboard focused on exceptions.
We manage multiple brands, and I don't need Amazon to show me more data. I need Amazon to tell me what CHANGED and what actually requires action.
Give me one dashboard that shows:
* ASINs that lost Featured Offer eligibility
* Listings that became suppressed, inactive or restricted
* Inventory approaching stockout
* FBA receiving delays or discrepancies
* Sudden changes in returns or customer complaints
* PPC performance anomalies
* Compliance requests and deadlines
* Unauthorized catalog changes
* Cases that have stalled beyond normal processing times
* Significant changes in conversion, traffic or sales
And most importantly: show me what changed since yesterday.
Amazon has an incredible amount of data, but sellers still spend too much time hunting through different dashboards trying to discover problems.
With AI becoming such a major part of Seller Central, this seems like exactly what AI should be doing: monitoring the business continuously, identifying meaningful exceptions, prioritizing them by financial impact, and telling us where human attention is actually needed.
I don't need another dashboard.
I need a morning briefing that says: "Here are the 7 things across your business that need your attention today, ranked by importance."
That would materially change my daily workflow.

What I would change is not seeing the same 10 or so people that ALWAYS want to hate on Amazon (even though it clearly is a profitable business for them since they wont leave). These people never have anything good to say, and scare away people who could sell here and make a life for themselves and their family.
Haters should go to reddit. This should be a place were people HELP each other, rather than just dump on anyone who IS trying to help - regardless if they are an Amazon Moderator or anther seller that sees things differently.

We hope there’s a way to contact the warehouse regarding FBA shipments. Every time there’s an issue with inventory intake—even though the shipment has clearly been delivered to the warehouse—we end up waiting more than half a month or even a full month without it being accepted into inventory. Yet we have no way of knowing the reason or confirming the intake date, which puts us at a significant disadvantage when it comes to managing our products.

FBM feedback issue: Customers have never contacted us to resolve the problem and have left negative feedback on our products; even when we proactively reach out to them to resolve the issue, they do not respond. This may be a form of sabotage by competitors, but we have no way to resolve it, and it’s affecting our account’s ORD—simply because our large items are not shipped via FBA.

Add a feature to blacklist suspected fraudulent buyers on the platform. Due to the nature of FBM for large items, we’ve encountered many suspected fraudsters who use inconsistent before-and-after photos to file complaints claiming the product is damaged and demanding a refund without returning the item. Given the high value of the goods and the fact that these customers place repeat orders, we hope the platform can blacklist such fraudsters to prevent them from placing further orders; otherwise, this is extremely detrimental to FBM sellers with high average order values. When customers file an AZ claim, please allow sufficient time to request that they return the item and complete the inspection, as we have encountered multiple instances where the returned item was not the product we sold—customers purchased our high-priced products but returned inferior alternatives instead.

Be able to set Virtual Bundle prices by fixed amounts instead of percentages.

to fix the amazon database so you can upload in one go and also to be able to ship something in one click without a lot of constant errors and back and forth with support - it is exhausting to be honest.
