I would love to get a human to do my account reactivation screening, as I’ve attempted this 11 times in the last 4 months without any resolution despite all of the names, addresses, etc matching between documents and my account.
Hello Dougal, I would love to but unfortunately cannot. Will there be the option to join virtually? also, if a seller needs to speak with an Amazon representative how do we go about that? I've tried several times through the "get help" option and the call back is not functioning or my phone does not ring even though on the screen it shows they're calling. Thank you.

...we think our greatest interest might be staring through their eyes into the depths of their souls to evidence any blinking of humanity that might betray a true conscience as they lead the lambs to slaughter so-as to fill their own troughs...
But that's only due to our own painful experiences where we entertained a "live" discussion with Amazon Reps in the past.
Would there be someone from amazon that can help with ongoing massive issues and the unfair mess whats lately going on with the chinses hackers and unfairness of the Glitch’s within Child safety for the many fine jewelry sellers on Amazon USA
Why do we need workshops to fix changes made by amazon or bad actors abusing amazon's platform?
I'd pay to talk to other successful sellers in my similar niche, but these events seem like a pay to have access to beta programs and have a leg up on other sellers if you can afford the time to go to events like these.
maybe we shouldn't have to worry about our mods being actual humans?

My listing was maliciously targeted with 30 fake 1-star reviews by a competitor.
I reported fake 1-star reviews by clicking "Report" below the reviews. When I sought help through a case, the team directed me to email community-help@amazon.com, which I did. However, these 1-star reviews have not been removed. Amazon’s inaction is essentially encouraging this behavior.

If Amazon required order delivery before allowing reviews, over 90% of fake negative reviews could be prevented. Unfortunately, Amazon appears to be suffering from big company complacency and is no longer innovating. I am deeply disappointed.
