Update to percentage-off promotions without claim codes

Starting September 2, 2025, percentage-off promotions without claim codes will require a minimum buyer purchase quantity of two units instead of one.

This change helps ensure that each promotion type is unique, to make it easier for customers to understand their options and for you to choose the right promotional tool for your business goals.

You’ll still be able to offer single-unit percentage-off promotions if you use a claim code. When you run a promotion with a claim code, you’ll have the opportunity to extend offers to customers through social media or email.

If you’re a professional seller, you can also use coupons to offer single-unit discounts without a claim code, though coupon fees apply.

منذ يوم 14 يوليو 2025 وأنا أواجه مشكلة كبيرة مع أمازون، ورقم المشكلة هو: 11313709292. تواصلت أكثر من مرة مع خدمة العملاء لكن للأسف لم أجد أي حل حتى الآن. من غير المقبول أن شركة بحجم أمازون يكون عندها دعم فني عاجز عن حل مشكلة عميل لمدة أكتر من شهر. هذه التجربة أثبتت لي أن خدمة العملاء في أمازون فاشلة وضعيفة جدًا. أشارك مشكلتي هنا حتى يعرف الجميع مستوى الدعم الحقيقي لأمازون. Since July 14, 2025, I’ve been facing a serious issue with Amazon. My case number is 11313709292. I contacted customer support several times, but unfortunately, they failed to provide any solution. It’s unacceptable for a company as big as Amazon to leave a customer without resolution for over a month. This experience has proven to me that Amazon’s customer support is completely inefficient and failing. I’m sharing my case here so everyone can see the real level of Amazon’s support.
