Order Defect Rate for FBA chargeback

I recently got ODR 3.12% for FBA order - It shows that there is chargeback issue.

I created ticket but no one is helping at the moment.

Can you please advise on it?

My October prime deals are suddenly surpressed today for ODR (FBA)
