Amazon wrongly catagorizing our products and result in a few items got taken down
Our products are all lithium starter batteries for traditional powersports (gas powered motorcycles/scooters/ATV/UTV). We have 3 items taken down due to Amazon wrongly categorizing them as E-mobility(Ebikes, EVs) batteries. All our appeals have been rejected. And now they are asking us to submit E-Mobility test certificates (cost $20k each item) that we are not required to have (AND our products are not even E-mobility products). Anyone from Amazon can help with this?

Hi @Seller_h01Rs5pPgV2QW,
Thank you for reaching out to the forums for assistance with your products.
I understand your frustration as you have been unsuccessful in proving that your products are not E-mobility batteries. Allow me to support you in addressing this situation.
Remember that your goal is to prove that your products do not fall under the Electronic mobility (e-mobility) devices policy. When submitting your dispute, you must clearly state that your batteries are not designed for E-mobility devices. To support your dispute, I suggest you include documentation, such as:
- Product specifications or technical documentation from your manufacturer that explicitly states the batteries are designed for traditional gas-powered powersports vehicles
- Any manufacturer documentation that specifically indicates these batteries cannot be used for e-bikes, electric scooters, or other E-mobility devices
If you have already provided the necessary information and have been unsuccessful, please provide me with a Case ID so I can connect with the appropriate team regarding next steps.
If you haven't yet submitted a dispute with the above information, I encourage you to do so through the appeal portal in your account health page. Look for the section titled "Has your listing been deactivated in error?". The more specific documentation you can provide showing the intended use and limitations of your products, the stronger your dispute will be.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please share your Case ID or let us know once you've submitted your dispute so we can provide further guidance.
Thank you,
Remy
