My seller account was deactivated for violating the fair pricing policy without any specific ASIN number or reason given.
I feel so helpless, on April 4th my account was notified of deactivation but no policy violation notice was shown, it only showed that there were 27 SKU's 76 products that needed to be fixed for no on-sale inventory, and that I needed to submit documents, and it didn't specify which products I wanted the documents for, and I found that as a seller on amazon but didn't get any help I was told that the account had been deactivated!!!! Without any clue as to what went wrong, sadly, I would like to ask for advice on what to do in this situation na?????
