App vendors that Spam this forum or engage in review fraud are considered untrustworthy.

The app developer behind this has gone from using cutout accounts like these to manipulate reviews on his his app storefront, apparently unnoticed until now, to starting six new, duplicate threads of forum Spam.
Would a moderator like @Michelle_Amazonplease look at this?
