Inventory lost in FBA warehouse
My product was lost in the Amazon warehouse. I contacted the Amazon team to investigate the inventory loss problem, but from February to April, I have not received an effective reply. The case progress has been processed, and the latest case id is 17519648231. I really don't understand. When can we get a specific survey reply?
