I do not know why you are assuming that a feedback gets removed if you offer free returns. This has never been a part of the Amazon policy.

I will note that this is not the appropriate method for challenging all negative feedback comments received by your business, and will call out our Community Guidelines for using the forums do look to prohibit content which "disrupts the effective use of the Seller Forums in any way."

I reviewed the feedback comments associated with your provided Order IDs, and will confirm that these are valid opinions of customers on their interactions with a seller, which is exactly what Amazon requests customers provide. You can review the guidelines customers should keep in mind for feedback comments on this customer facing help page.

I am sure you are familiar with this page, covering the situations where Amazon may remove feedback comments posted by customers. You will note that it does not include customer dissatisfaction with or, misunderstanding of, return policies as a valid reason to suppress the opinion of a customer. I also note you have not responded publicly to any of these cited comments, with the earliest of these being from October. Resolving such issues with a customer, and/or responding publicly should be your first step when a customer is dissatisfied with the services provided by your business and opts to leave a negative feedback comment.

Please take the time to review situations where Amazon may remove seller feedback comments, and review the Community Guidelines for continuing to use the seller forums to help its effective use for all sellers.
