I am writing to seek clarification regarding the display of virtual bundles on Amazon listings.
I recently created a virtual bundle consisting of two products, and I designated one of the products as the main component. However, I noticed that the virtual bundle is only showing on the listing of the main component product and not on the listing of the second product included in the bundle.
Could you please provide guidance on whether it's possible to have the virtual bundle displayed on both product listings? Our intention is to ensure that customers browsing either product have visibility into the bundle offer and its associated benefits.
If there are specific steps or requirements to achieve this, or if there is a limitation preventing the bundle from appearing on both listings, your clarification would be greatly appreciated. We want to optimize our listings to provide the best shopping experience for our customers and ensure they are aware of the bundle offer.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and any guidance you can provide to help resolve this issue.
Hello! @Seller_ryNDiKaK5cV93
Thank you for using the Forums. The bundle widgets and options may be visible from the main product component as outlined in the page below:
I do not see the ‘Make it a bundle’ widget on the detail page of my main component ASIN
The widget is not visible on mobile browsers and apps at this time. The widget may not appear on ASINs that are not the ‘main component’ ASIN. The widget may not appear when a bundle loses its Buy Box or is unavailable for purchase. The widget is not guaranteed to display at all times or on all ASINs.
