Missing items from inbound and no reaction from Amazon

I've shipped 176 units, only 82 of them were marked as received by Amazon. The rest seems to be lost. I've filed an "inventory missing" claim and it's been over 2 weeks already and there is no reaction on my case from Amazon. Could someone assist with this? I've lost 3000$ worth of stock.
