hi . please help ME . amazon reserved my funds . now i think amazon forget to release my fund . please help me . how can i get my money . i am stuck. 0$ DISBURSEMENT MADE SINCE August 19 I was supposed to get a scheduled payment on August 19 but the category states that no disbursement was made and all my fnds seem to be stuck in account reserve. My account health is good, No a-z claims, no refunds or returns as of recently. I am very confused as to why this is happening. I tried contacting support about 3 to 4 times, they tell me I will be getting transferred but I never do and no response is given. Can somebody please look over as to what is going on. I see that on August 25th, you received a drop-shipping violation which you addressed, however that puts a hold on your funds, as the e-mail stated:
"Your Amazon.com seller account has been placed under temporary review in accordance with our Drop Shipping policy. The review period should not exceed 30 days, but we will inform you if additional time is required. While your account is under review, funds will remain in your account, but you will not be able to receive any disbursements during the review period in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement:

At this time your funds will not be available for disbursement for at least another 5 days. Once the violation expires you will be able to receive your funds on the next settlement date.
Please keep in mind that submitting mored cases will not override the temporary account hold.
