After Inventory Recall, Still Receiving Generic Rejections, Seeking Help for Account Reinstatement

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to the Amazon seller community in hopes of getting some advice. I’ve been dealing with a frustrating issue for months, and despite following all necessary steps, I am still struggling to have my account reinstated.

My account was suspended due to allegations of selling counterfeit products. I provided detailed documentation, including invoices and letters of authorization. Despite submitting these documents multiple times, I continued to receive generic rejections without a clear explanation of what was lacking.

After several appeals and back-and-forth communication, Amazon allowed me to recall inventory from FBA. I’ve since received the recalled items and have no intention of relisting them on Amazon but I am still getting generic rejections on appeal submission without clear explanation of what's lacking.

I’ve experienced significant business losses throughout this process, and the lack of clear communication and resolution is incredibly frustrating. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has any advice on how to get this resolved, I’d appreciate your insights.
