Amazon Inventory Receiving and Delays
Ever since Amazon starting charging fees for accepting deliveries into their fulfillment centres, the time they take to "receive" inventory, making it immediately avaiable for shipment to customers, has blown out and continues to blow out. It now seems common for inventory to wait in receiving for 40+ days before being booked in as received. This is even more infuriating as we continue to receive emails requesting us to replenish inventory. I suggest Amazon get their act together and resource their fulfillment centres appropraitely to allow the efficient receiving of inventory. It appears to be a problem exclusive to the USA as the problem is not occuring in Australia, Singapore or the UK.
