Please help remove this product review (These ornaments are all scratched up and poorly made. I will buying such ornaments from Etsy from now on because too many items on Amazon are just junk made in China. Makes me sad, I used to love Amazon merchandise.). Thank you.
1. Your Community Guidelines state that you do not allow comments about availability at a specific store. However, the review mentioned a specific store "Etsy".
2. Your Community Guidelines also state that you cannot express hatred towards people based on characteristics such as nationality. However, the review also expressed hatred towards our nationality "China".
Based on the above two points, it violates Amazon's community guidelines. Before post here, I have used the "Report" option below the review and also opened a case, 16604759291, but both two ways are useless. Could you please help to check again?
There's a reason Amazon doesn't give sellers a path to remove reviews as they do with feedback and that reason is they don't want sellers to be able to make those requests. Getting Amazon to remove a product review is like trying to slog through a sea of mud on stilts. In other words, it's impossible.
Yes, I agree with you that this review violates multiple review guidelines, but getting Amazon to actually follow their policy and remove it isn't going to happen. You've done all you can by reporting it.
